Andrew Rust, owner of BlueSage, has been providing custom window coverings in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1998. Andrew has been in the Window Covering Industry for the last 20 years and prior to that had experience in the Design Trade, Oriental Rugs and retail Home Furnishing.
With a design driven focus, BlueSage always brings the esthetics to a project, not just function or least expensive, but what is right for the overall design. So, whether you are looking for an entire automated system or just wanting to freshen up a room or two, BlueSage is your source. We have the knowledge and experience to create window coverings that complement your d&eacute;cor and environment. Our goal is not just to sell you window coverings, but to suggest a style that enhances the features of your room to the best advantage.
Since inception BlueSage has embraced and supports the new technologies that are now a part of the window covering industry. Automation is one of the fastest growing segments and gives you great flexibility for integration. More and more of our clients are now choosing automation to operate their window coverings for convenience and also energy efficiency and safety.
Automation is not the only thing that sets us apart from the rest; we are always looking for the &lsquo;new thing&rsquo; in window coverings. One of the &lsquo;new things&rsquo; we are known for is solar fabrics and having one of the best selections and understands openness factors verses interior esthetics. We offer solar fabrics in Rollers, Romans or Panels.
BlueSage wants to be a good steward to our environment. As such we offer many fabrics that meet various &lsquo;green&rsquo; standards from materials that have been manufactured in environmentally safe methods (Greenguard and Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Certified) to helping to keep us healthy (Microban) and having the products to assist in LEED Certification.
BlueSage provides in-home presentations and has a showroom in the San Francisco Design District at The Design Pavilion, 200 Kansas Street, Suite 210, inside the J. Scott Waterman Designer Showroom. All presentations are by appointment only.
