Block the Sun's Heat, Not the View
Remember, the reason we have windows is for the light and the view. Conventional window treatments like drapery and mini-blinds, force us to completely shut out the light and view to eliminate the harshness of the sun and heat in our live/work environment. Solar Shades filter natural sunlight to create inviting interior spaces while achieving the maximum heat/glare protection with great style and save the view!
Solar Shades will reduce and control the negative effects of the sun, yet still allow 'see-through' visibility in the closed position. Offered in a wide variety of colors, this material is fabricated with different weave configurations which either absorb or deflect from 70% to 95% of the sun's heat and fading rays. Stopping this much solar heat allows cooler and much more uniform temperatures throughout the interior space, lowering cooling cost and reducing 'hot spots' near window areas. Solar Shades are extremely durable and easy to clean - perfect for commercial and residential applications. All fabrics are fire rated for commercial use.

Depending upon your design needs, these window coverings can be used either on the interior (SheerShades) or exterior (SunShades) of your home or business. Interior SheerShades are fabricated as Roller Shades or as Back Slat Roman Shades and used in conjunction with other window treatments or as a 'stand alone' covering. Interior shades can be motorized for easy operation. Exterior SunShades are done as Roller Shades either motorized or crank-n-gear, available with a cable guide or side track system to hold the fabric secure. Exterior shades are ideal for window and patio applications.

I can't tell you how pleased we are with the shades you installed in my kitchen bay window. They completely block out the heat from the afternoon and evening sun which was an unbearable situation. With the windows facing the west, the late afternoon sun was so bright and so hot that you could not stand at the kitchen sink. It made cooking a more miserable ordeal than usual! Since you hung the shades, the heat has been totally eliminated and the sun blocked. When I came home from work on Friday in the 90 degree weather, the kitchen was 70 degrees with no air conditioning. Another great feature of the shades is that you can still see through them to some degree so you don't feel like you are in a cage. Everyone who has seen them is as impressed as we are.
I also want to commend you on your professional manner and workmanship. It is a pleasure to work with someone who keeps their appointments, stands behind their product, and makes sure the customer is 100% pleased.
